The result is that XTU runs but cannot set valid real-time overclocking values. The solution is to reboot one additional time so that the group policy settings correctly set the state. Core Isolation Memory Integrity, Hyper-V, and Virtual Machine State are incompatible with XTU. Install this tuning utility and you will be able to manually configure various overclocking values, such as CPU and memory frequencies, system clocks, fan speeds, and monitor temperature for different components.
